Top-class figure skating shows in Selva Gardena await you at the end of December in the beautiful Dolomite valley
In Selva Gardena, you can expect a mix of dance, acting, acrobatics, and plenty of music. Until 2016, the event was called "Stars on Ice", after which it became "Christmas on Ice". The show, organised by the Val Gardena Ice Club, takes place annually at the end of December. It brings internationally renowned figure skaters to Val Gardena.
These include names like Philippe Candeloro (France), Elena Leonova and Andrei Khvalko (Russia), and Fiona Zaldua and Dimitri Sukhanov (Russia), who all take to the ice at the Pranives Stadium. Local hero Carolina Kostner is also part of the show, demonstrating her impressive skills.
