Aimed especially at children between the ages of five and ten. It introduces children to the yoga practice in a playful way. We begin with breathing, then move on to a movement and warm-up of the body, and finally to the actual postures until the final 'star' relaxation pose.
Yoga practised by children helps them to develop sensitivity, concentration and greater awareness of themselves and the world around them.
