Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- in case of cancellation up to 40 days’ notice, it is possible to keep the paid deposit for a future stay within one year from the originally agreed stay
- for cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, the paid deposit is kept as cancellation penalty
- for cancellatione less than 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the stay will be required
- in case of early departure or late arrival, 80% of the agreed daily price will be calculated for each unused day (exceptions may apply at management’s discretion)
