Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
We apply the following cancellation fees:
• until 90 days before the agreed day of arrival: free of charge
• no later than 60 days before the agreed day of arrival: full deposit
• between 60 and 30 days before the agreed day of arrival: 50 % of the total price
• between 30 and 7 days before the agreed day of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
• less than 7 days before arrival, delayed arrival, early departure or no show: 100 % of the agreed total price
