Apartment from 75 € per apartment and day

• The price includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels and the final cleaning.
• On the day of arrival the apartment will be available around 2 p.m.
• On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m.
• It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
• Pets are only allowed on request.

• Internet connection with cable or wireless in the apartments
• Reservations are considered binding upon receipt a down payment of 30% of the total amount which is retained in case of cancellation.
• We will receive your payment in cash or by check; please note that we don’t accept credit cards
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- you can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival (if the deposit has been paid, the amount will be reserved for the next booking or can be claimed back from the guest)
- from 90 days before the arrival your deposit will no longer be refunded
- from 60 days before the arrival, the cancelation fee is 70 % of the total amount
- from 14 days before the arrival, the cancelation fee is 70 % of the total amount
Late arrival or early departure will be charged with 100% of the total amount
