Description
The "Ladiner" – Joakin from Ortisei and Otto from Santa Cristina – have already made music history with their career and sparked a wave of enthusiasm for their moving music throughout the German-speaking world. Their music evokes the unique natural beauty of the Dolomites, with the mountains often serving as the central theme of their songs.
In 2002 they took part for the first time in the Grand Prix of Folk Music, immediately securing 2nd place with the song “Allein in Einsamkeit,” written by Reinhard Stuffer, Joakin’s brother. From that moment on, their career took off steeply. In 2004 they were crowned “Musicians of the Month of May” on the show “Achims Hitparade” – with the song “Erzähl mir deine Träume,” featuring Joakin’s daughter Nicol as well. That same year they went on to win the Grand Prix of Folk Music with the title “Beuge dich vor grauem Haar.”
On October 3rd, the "Ladiner" invite you to the annual fan hike in Val D'Anna.
