Ortisei is the main village of Val Gardena and is known for boasting romantic narrow streets and a picturesque landscape as well as for being the hometown of famous personalities such as the actor and director Luis Trenker, the composer Giorgio Moroder or the skier Isolde Kostner. Covering an area of 2,423 hectares, Ortisei counts some 5,500 inhabitants.

Comfortable lifts connect the village centre with the close-by ski areas of Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Rasciesa. And the new pedestrian tunnel guarantees that you reach the Seceda base station safe and sound :-)

Sport facilities and activities range from an indoor and outdoor pool to billiards, a fitness centre, fun court, mini golf, a tennis-squash-centre and a sauna.
