Architectonic masterpieces, natural monuments or landmarks, there are various sights and places of interest in the valley.

Landmarks, natural monuments and a series of other places of interest… the Valgardena has got many sights to offer that are worth to be visited. Those who are interested in culture are warmly invited to visit the castles or churches in the valley.

A partiucular attraction is also the sundial at Monte Pana. The spheric aequatorial sundial has got a diametre of 2 metres and does not only display the hour of Valgardena, but also of 60 further cities worldwide.

Our tip: What we particularly recommend is a hike to the colossal cross at the summit of the Rasciesa high-alpine pasture, which can be reached on foot.
