Tradition and culture

Customs and traditions are of utmost importance in Val Gardena valley

The valleys of the Dolomites celebrate their holidays, processions or other special days of the year in the same way as in long passed days. Typical for South Tyrol in general and Val Gardena in particular are the traditional local costumes. Especially rich in ornaments are the traditional wedding costumes!
