The world's biggest network of ski lifts: all about ski areas, ski schools, world cup races, cross-country skiing and après ski!

Numerous Italian ski stars come from the beautiful valley of Val Gardena – and nobody wonders about it. Because Val Gardena boasts more than 81 ski lifts and gondolas and some 175 km of perfectly groomed ski runs! I can't wait for trying them out, can you?

Already at the beginning of the century, Selva Gardena featured the first ski races and since then the success stories of Val Gardena skiers have steadily increased. The annual men's world cup races on the Saslonch run have become the venue of numerous legendary skiers and celebrities.

The ski season starts with the first of December and ends in early April, if the snowfall allows it.

Take the challenge and embark on wonderful winter holidays in Val Gardena!
