Coronavirus precautionary measures

NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST
To guarantee our guests maximum safety and carefree during their stay, one of the following documents is required at check-in:

•certificate of complete vaccination course against Covid-19
•certificate of recovery from Covid-19
•negative result of an antigenic or rapid molecular test carried out in the last 72 hours

If you do not have one of these documents upon arrival, no problem! You can take a quick “do-it-yourself” nasal antigen test for free here at the reception.

CAN I TRAVEL TO SOUTH TYROL?
Starting May 15th, the Italian borders will be open again for visitors from (almost) all EU countries without needing to quarantine. Upon entry you must only be in possession of a certificate of a negative Covid-19 test (molecular or antigen test) performed within 48 hours prior to entry.

Of course, the situation worldwide is constantly changing and it is difficult to foresee how the pandemic situation and the rules that come with it will look like upon your departure. To make sure that your holiday booked with us stays a pleasant wait and you don’t have to worry about restrictions related to the Corona Virus, we would like to inform you that we have changed our cancellation policy also for summer 2021 and winter 2021/22. All the reservations can be cancelled

14 or more days prior to arrival 0%
from 13 to 7 days prior to arrival 50%
from 6 days prior to arrival or no show 100%

In case of a of timely cancellation, the deposit will either be credited or refunded to you for a future stay, as you prefer. In the event of travel restrictions (e.g. due to Covid) in your home country or in South Tyrol, we will of course cancel your stay free of charge up to the last minute.
