Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- If you cancel up to 42 days before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be refunded, minus an administration fee of €85 per room
- from 42 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
- in case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival, 80% and 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total booked arrangement price will be charged
- in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booked stay
