“Museums, sustainability and well-being”
The motto 2023 refers to the ICOM Resolution of Kyoto of 2019, which now strengthens the responsibility of a museum for the sustainable development of the local and global community through various educational activities, exhibitions and programmes in order to make a concerted contribution to the 30 goals of the SDG 2030 Charter (Sustainable Development Goals) of the United Nations.

Recognising wild herbs and medicinal plants
Hike on the Col de Flam with Johann Comploj
The lecturer has attended a course at the Fachschule Laimburg, and has several years of experience in identifying, collecting, drying and using herbs and medicinal plants.

What used to be in Val Gardena and what is being cultivated again today?
When was ploughed, sown and harvested?
Where was the poppy grown? How was it dried?

Cultivation of crops
Children's action with Ujep Runggaldier
The speaker studied "Environmental and Bioresource Management" in Vienna and has always been enthusiastic about herbs, medicinal herbs and garden plants. Children learn how to handle seedlings and take a lettuce plant home.
